Eligibility Checklist
Before reaching out, make sure your company meets these basic criteria. We are unable to evaluate providers that don't meet them yet.
- You have been operating publicly for at least 6 months with a live, working website.
- Pricing is published and transparent — no "contact us for a quote" only.
- You can provide (or fund) a real test purchase so we can evaluate the actual product and delivery experience.
- Your site does not claim to be an official government registry, or imply registration is legally required.
- You have a working customer support channel (email, chat, or phone) we can test.
How the Process Works
- Submit your request by email (details below) with your company name, website, and a brief description of your offering.
- We confirm eligibility and add you to our testing queue — typically reviewed in the order requests are received.
- Our team independently purchases a package, tests ADA-related claims, evaluates product quality, and sends a standardized support inquiry.
- We publish the review with a score, and notify you so you can flag any factual errors before wider promotion.
The full process typically takes 4-8 weeks from request to publication, depending on our current queue. See exactly what we test for in our published methodology.
What to Include in Your Request
- Company name and website URL
- A primary contact name and email
- A short description of your products (ID cards, vests, certificates, training, etc.)
- Whether you can provide a test product/account, or if our team should purchase independently
